Returns
Returns are subject to www.shopcorlison.com Terms and Conditions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In the event that the item is faulty or if the item is shipped wrongly, please send us an email to contactus@corlison.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return and item replacement. Please do not return goods without first informing us, since sometimes it may be that only technical advise is needed. Should the product need to be returned, the customer will bear the return delivery charge to www.babyganics.com.sg and we will pay the delivery charge to send the item back to the customer. Be sure your package is insured and prepaid. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Goods returned should be in the same condition as when the complaint was first made or it will not be accepted for return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contactus@corlison.com. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return and item replacement.
